I would also like to see some feature that specifies the z offset of the nozzles. For eg. Tool 0 is on Z 0.00 when homed and Tool 1 has a -0.4 offset.

@InsanityAutomation hi, just tested Marlin 4f9ec9a, there has been improvement on the lowering distance of Z axis on tool change with UBL active but it has not been eliminated. In this test the Z axis lowered by 0.2667mm or 0.0105 inches (10.5 thou). My test was to print a single layer model as before with 2 objects and 10 skirt outlines.

Right-click on the new "AVG (Sales)" and check Dual Axis. Convert the second axis to Area type.
